Did not feel pressured into buying something I couldn't afford. Salesman Stephen (aka Ryan) very knowledgeable & friendly. Did purchase new vehicle & experience from start to finish, including final paper work with Jack was pleasant. Would highly recommend Lee Auto Mall.
WARNING: Sold me a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe (deal done from afar) and said it had never been smoked in. When I went to pick it up I thought the car smelled stale but again was told that the car had not been smoked in. I am sensitive to smoke (it became apparent after running the heat for awhile that this car most certainly had been smoked in...ALOT). I feel sick after driving it. I asked if they accepted returns as other dealers do after I drove it twice and had it in my possession for 3 days and they would not. Ed offered to have the interior cleaned-which I had done, but that only masked the odor for 3 days until the cleaning solution settled. VERY SAD business if you can't stand by a vehicle you sold just a few days prior. I called the GM who didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. DISGUSTING to take advantage of good honest people. Lee is DEFINITELY NOT FOR ME! I will seek a consumer advocate and file with the BBB while I continue to feel lousy every time I drive it. DISHONEST. Heed my warning and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Risa Paquet was my sales rep and she talked a good game about what a good deal it was and how the owner meticulously took care of the vehicle...utter nonsense.

About a week ago, I had a great experience working with Lee Auto Mall in Auburn, they gave me a rough quote on my trade for 9500.00 - 10k. That was reasonable since the remaining balance is about 10,500$. I went back in the next day for a written quote, and suddenly, somehow their quote dropped to 7,800.00. These guys are rip off artists and quite honestly, I didnt want to deal with them in the first place, based off of the reviews I have heard of them from family and friends, but they had a great price on a Jeep Patriot, so I was willing to compromise. Don't be fooled, if they don't get you on the price of the new vehicle, they will on your trade.
