My exhaust needed some attention, a small section coming off the header had cracked. I purchased a replacement including all the bolts, and gaskets. All I asked was that they cut or remove the five bolts and replace the unit. I was more than willing to pay for a full hours labor so I called and made an appointment for them to look at it which they told me to bring it down at a specified time, they would look at it and fix it if they had the time. Days later when I arrived they barely even acknowledged I was there. My appointment time came and went and after more than an hour of waiting and watching other vehicles receive attention and no acknowledgement from the owner, I gave up. I'll have the work done somewhere else. To the owner, about that engine replacement job...I've decided you're not the shop I should be dealing with.
These guys are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've saved a lot of $ over the years with Countryside as I do every time I bring my vehicles in for service and inspection
