While my daughter and her wife were trying on clothes in the UNISEX changing room an older women made a comment that men shouldn't be allowed in this changing room. The older woman proceeded to get an associate who told my daughter in law "I'm sorry sir you will have to leave" to which my DIL replied "I have a vagina". Another customer overheard and went to speak with an associate at the register. By this time I was at the changing room getting all this information and proceeded to ask for the store manager who came right out. We explained what happened and she apologized sincerely and tool my DILs name and number and explained that all changing rooms are now UNISEX and will make sure the associate is trained properly.
Plus a pleasant place to shop, items searching is simply founded comma and people are Pleasant to work with. Could have more on the floor people to help find item - overall one of my top choices as a place to shop.
Beautiful clothes and great deals but the sizes are a bit confusing I bought two shirts with the same size and brand and one fit and one did not. but they have a great men's department
Our first visit to the store was with our three children under 6 in tow. It was really hard to shop for curtains, as that's not exactly entertaining to kids. That is when Erika Staines, the sales associate for that area, offered us crayons and paper for the kids. Then she patiently explained all the tips and techniques for choosing the right window coverings. We have gone back to her three times, and she always greets me by name. She handles busy times with grace. She is a rock star employee. I unfortunately lost my receipt to give JCPENNEY direct feedback, so I called customer service....who chastised me for losing the receipt (I was happy with my curtains, so....)and couldn't give me the store manager's contact. Honestly, this store and Erika are great, but customer service center could use some training by them!
This JCPenney is much nicer than the one at the Maine Mall ...in all ways !!
