Its a supermarket/retail, so of course they don't care about the customers just our money & their bottom line. They could do a better job making the stores look clean and nicer. And their Pharmacy and pharmacy employees like to act better then thou.
Hannaford represents quality and competitive very pricing. Their name brand products are equal or better than name brands.
I would like to see the Natural Foods section updated and expanded. The other local stores have a much better selection. Also, the fish and veggie section smells very bleached. Clean is one thing...this is very strong. I love the store, its my childhood grocery store, but I find myself trying to avoid it more and more because of the Natural Food selection at other locations. If you updated the colors and selections, you would do better I believe.

Smaller than other grocery stores so you don't walk miles to get bread and milk. Their own brands are good, too, like marinara sauce, and the deli foods are yummy. I can count on this Hannaford to have a variety of ripe veggies and fruit, decent prices, and they don't do hard sell at the end of aisles like some bigger places. It's been my store for seven years now - well done, Hannaford.
