I stopped in at the Auburn Day's to have an idea of mine put to life. They listened and the jeweler did the work. Everyone was nice and made me feel like an important customer.

During a recent visit to the store I was greeted upon entry by several staff members. They were very helpful to meet my needs for the visit. I was shopping for a new watch band. Upon finding the replacement the purchase was made for the band. During the purchase it was noted there was a price increase but I was given the marked price and the band was attached promptly and done within a few minutes. I always go to Day's Jewelry, the have the selection and good prices. The staff is always very courteous and they make you feel like one of the family.
Every time, which latest seems to be often, I walk in to the store I am greeted with a smile and a hello. Not from just one person but all. A few of the amazing associates remember my name and even pieces that I have looked at in the past and have interest in.
