I am truly irate because I had to wait for 45 minutes today before I got to the counter at the bottle redemption. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my bottles (4 half filled bags of mostly 2 liters) were being counted. Please tell me why it should take an hour to return bottles. I will not be coming here again.
Nice place with mostly nice people. The guy who helped us didn't seem to enjoy his job. But it was okay, we went across the redemption center for snacks and waited for some time, as there was a long line.
