Can't get any straight answers very rude
I have never felt with confusion,constantly being misquoted,and total incompetence as I did at this office. Also anytime I have any type of contact with this office they never get the information given correct and takes ALL my well documented psychological disabilities to their very limits,almost as if they are trying to confirm my diagnoses.
Been many times and face to face they have been fast, courteous and very helpful. Calling the phone is much more complicated as it disconnects often and wait times are not great but the people there have always been nice to me and it has been in and out with little wait time.
I just spent an hour and a half for three minutes of their time. They need to have a "quick lane". At one point only 1 window was open with over 20 people in the waiting room. I don't mind waiting in line for my turn, it just seems like they could have a better way to process people who will take more than 30 minutes each from those who need only 3 to 5 minutes. The person who helped me finally, was very nice.
