The theater needs updates. The lobby looks nice, but the seats are old and a lot of the seat cushions are worn out. The seats are cloth and after about 45 minutes of seating there they become uncomfortable. A lot of theaters are putting in leather seats for a more comfortable experience with bigger arm rest.

I take my dad to a movie every week at Flagship. He is 84. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They are understanding as well. Dad uses the hearing assistance devices, loves soaking his popcorn with butter and mixes his Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. The theaters are always clean and comfortable. I love the discounts and deals and am impressed by the community feel in this theater. They offer vacation events and even free showings of old movies. That is a great chance to get my dad out of the house. Undoubtedly, after Dad is gone, we will have many fond memories thanks to the folks at Flagship.
