Very dissatisfied. I went into the store and was purchasing 4 pair of boots and two pair of socks totaling $135.00. Two of the boots I had to order because they did not have my size so they offered to order them online for me. The catch was that they had to charge me a shipping fee because my purchase was not $50 and she had to order it through the online site. If I am spending that amount at one time, I should not have to pay a shipping fee. I did not purchase the additional boots and I will not shop there again. I called and spoke to the regional sales manager and he said it is store policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Your "store policy" just lost a customer.
