The food is always good, the wait staff is a little slow, sometimes forgetful, and the hostess does tend to not fill tables and has no issue with refusing small groups of customers all to wait for a larger group. in my eyes that's a great way to lose business all together.

I don't know what some of these other reviews are talking about. I found the restaurant to be clean and the staff very friendly. I had the best loaded omelet I've had in many, many years. I don't like the crepe style omelets and that's all I seemed to find until Silva's. The homefries were fantastic as well. NICE JOB SILVA'S!
